1. Diet Variety: Introduce dietary variety to mimic the richness of their natural foraging environment. Our Ukraine Pied Isopods flourish when provided with a menu that caters to their diverse nutritional needs. Cuttlebone is a big favorite with our fellow species and these guys are no exception.

2. Habitat Setup: Start with a well-ventilated terrarium or plastic container. The size of the enclosure will depend on the number of isopods you plan to keep. A secure lid is essential to prevent escapes. Utilize a substrate that mimics the natural environment of Cylisticus convexus "Ukraine Pied." A mix of coconut coir, organic potting soil, leaf litter, and decaying wood provides a balanced substrate for moisture retention and burrowing. Create hiding spots using cork bark, coconut shells, or other natural materials. Make sure the Humidity range is 50-70%.

3. Feeding and Nutrition: Ukraine Pied Isopods are detritivores, meaning they feed on decaying organic matter.
