🌿 Welcome to YOUR Isopods, where passion meets nature! I'm thrilled to share with you the wonders of our extraordinary collection of Pink Ducky isopods – a unique and charming addition to your vivarium or terrarium.
1. Tailored Environmental Adjustments: Be ready to any changes in behavior or appearance and make precise adjustments to the environmental conditions as needed. Your commitment to their well-being makes all the difference.
2. Habitat Setup: Establish a very-ventilated enclosure to meet the specific needs of our Rubber Ducky isopods. Opt for a premium substrate these guys love to burrow; they also enjoy a drier environment. Only around 30% should be moist in their enclosure. Keep the temperature in the range of 70-75°F (21-24°C). Pink Ducky Isopods thrive in moderate temperatures, so avoid extreme fluctuations.
3. Feeding and Nutrition: Pink Ducky Isopods are detritivores, meaning they feed on decaying organic matter. Provide a varied diet consisting of leaf litter, decaying wood, vegetable scraps, and specialized isopod foods. Ensure a good source of calcium for proper exoskeleton development. Crushed eggshells, cuttlebone, or a dedicated calcium supplement can be sprinkled in the enclosure.
